Object - motivationally value sphere of students' personality; objective - to determine the psychological characteristics of the motivationally value sphere formation of students of the engineering-pedagogical specialties throughout education in the higher educational establishment and ways of psycho-pedagogical follow-up of its development; methods - theoretical analysis, systematization, generalization, research problem scientific methods classification, summative and formative assessment, mathematical statistics methods; novelty - newly characterized components of the motivationally value sphere of personality of the engineering-pedagogical specialties students, in the capacity of the contensive characteristics of the motivational component appear to be the internal and external motivation of gain obtaining, value - competitive, professional and educational values; expansion of idea of the motivationally value sphere of the students of the engineering-pedagogical specialties by emphasis of the personal typological characteristics of students as a factor stipulating the process of its formation; expansion of the idea of the content of the motivationally value sphere of the students of the engineering-pedagogical specialties presented by a motivational component - gain obtaining motivation, value component including the data of value orientations and value orientation in career; improvement of means of the motivationally value sphere development of the engineering-pedagogical specialties students by creation of the psychological follow-up program assisting formation of such personality orientation which unites motivation of success in learning with career orientation values; further development of approaches to the students' personality research by definition of the motivationally-value sphere dynamics of the future pedagogical engineers appearing in changes of the learning motives, professional orientation, career and value orientations throughout educational process in the higher educational establishment; results - the designed and tested in the thesis research developing program oriented to the students' motivationally-value sphere development may be used for increase of effectiveness of the educational/bringing-up process of the higher educational establishment, the research results may be used in the course of the professional training and professional development of the practical psychologists; field -psychology.
