Essay

In the thesis it was grounded the conceptual principles of studying of self-management of a personality, empirically it was defined the psychological content of reflexive and behavioral peculiarities of its formation. It was analyzed the main psychological conceptions of the problem of self-management, singled out personal, professional qualities of a manager that influence quality of formation of his self-management as necessary condition of effectiveness of managerial activity.
