In dissertation paper the conceptual bases of studying the perfectionism of sportsmen are grounded and psychological content of adaptive emotional and adaptive-behavioral indices of sportsmen perfectionism manifestation of different age categories is empirically stated. Scientific concepts of studying the sport perfectionism of personality are deepened and structural model of manifestation of sport perfectionism is developed, defining its basic criteria and indices.
