The dissertation analyzes the theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of emotional maturity and professional tolerance of personality. Proposed a model with structural content of professional tolerance and conducted empirical verification of psychological content ratio of professional tolerance and emotional maturity psychologists with different experience of professional activities. Profound scientific understanding about emotional maturity of personality and defines integrative role of emotional maturity in the structure of professional tolerance psychologist.
