Kutovyi T. International IPO markets as a source of external financing of corporations

The dissertation is devoted to scientific substantiation of IPO markets as an element of the system of external financing of corporations on the performance of their activities. We consider the theoretical and methodological aspects of IPO markets, foreign and domestic experience in this field. In the thesis been disclosed the systemic manifestation of long-term changes of the trajectory of international investment flows and also its impact on the global IPO market. Grounded features of dynamics and structural changes, as well as the conformity to law of reduction of fragmentation of international IPO markets. Improved theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the IPO market by emphasizing on the relationship of its key features: as a segment of stock market, as a component of long-term external financing of corporation, as a market mechanism to achieve the purposes and objectives of the strategic management of the corporation. Been developed the algorithm for evaluating the effectiveness of IPO transactions based on improving the pricing of capital. Been formulated the recommendations for the development of IPO market in Ukraine on the basis of the experience of states - global and regional leaders in the development of IPO markets.
