Kutsenko K. Reputation capital in the system of ensuring the competitiveness of banking institutions

In the dissertation were researched the theoretical and methodological framework, improved scientific and methodical approaches and proposed practical recommendations to the process of creating and usingof the reputational capital as a component of ensuring the competitiveness of banking institutions. Disclosed genesis and the essential characteristics of the concept of "reputational capital of banks", substantiated methodological approaches to its formation, described the basic principles of management of the process. In the dissertation was made the assessment of tendencies of competition development in the banking sector of Ukraine, analyzed and improved features of the existing methodological approaches to estimating the size of reputational capital, carried out its assessment. Based on regression analysis determined the relationship between the density of reputation capital and competitiveness of domestic banking institutions. TAuthor developed scientific approaches to strategic management of reputational capital of banking institutions as part of a system of competitiveness ensuring and proposed methodical approaches to integrated assessment of reputational capital and competitiveness.
