Stebliuk S. Pedagogical Terms of Economic Training of Future Junior Specialists of Cooperation Sphere in a College.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of economic training of junior specialists of cooperation sphere in a college. Pedagogical conditions providing the efficiency of the economic training of specialists have been determined, that is: the formation of pedagogical oriented creative environment in the educational establishment; saturation of contents of economic – oriented disciplines by quasi-professional tasks and methods, providing of favourable adaptive period for first-year college students; implementation of innovative methods of education into the practice aimed to formate value orientation. The model of economic training of junior specialists in the sphere of cooperation has been worked-out including the following interrelated blocks: conceptual, content and efficient, assessed and estimated. The structure of economic training has been revealed, and the formulation of concepts «economic training», «economic education», «pedagogical terms of economic training of future junior specialists of cooperation sphere», «economic preparation of junior specialists of cooperation sphere» has also been given. The individual innovative methods of education facilitating the efficient economic training of junior specialists in the sphere of cooperation have been introduced and implemented.
