Essay

In the dissertation describes the features of the selection of athletes specializing in rowing, which are at the stage of preparation for the highest achievements. Justified experimental approach to the formation of crews based on the complexity of the use of indices, characterizing different aspects of preparedness of sportsmen and competitive activity. The approach was developed with consideration of the peculiarities of selection in the leading in rowing countries of the world.
