Kolodizieva S. Organizational provision of banking services management based on the logistic approach

The aim of the research is the further development of theoretical principles, the improvement of methodological approaches and the development of practical recommendations for organizational provision of banking services through the use of logistic approach. The object of the research is the banking services management process. We used the methods of system, cluster, correlation and multivariate statistical analysis, the graphical method. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that the proposed scientific and methodical approach to organizational provision of factoring management based on the use of the equilibrium rate of factoring services; evaluating instruments of banking services management effectiveness; the scientific and methodical approach to the profitability evaluation of the credit, including factoring services; the definition of "banking services"; the concept essence interpretation of organizational provision of banking services management based on the logistical approach; justification of factoring positioning in banking services. The proposed scientific and methodical approach introduced in the activity of PJSC "Ukrsotsbank", PJSC "Credit Agricole Bank", PJSC "OTP Bank."
