Reshetniak O. The paradigm of Biblical symbols with onym component in Ukrainian linguoculture.

The object - biblical symbolemes with anthroponymical and toponymical components in the Ukrainian-speaking space. The goal - analysis of the processes of symbolization of leading anthroponyms and toponyms of biblical origin, the analysis of the peculiarities of associative and image paradigm of lexical and phraseologized symbolemes as verbalizators of sacred concepts. Methods - descriptive, contextual analysis, component analysis, hypothetical-deductive, linguocultural interpretation, analysis of dictionary definitions, linguoculturological analysis, semantic dual oppositions, conceptual analysis. Biblical symbol brings out the deeper meaning and often it is not identical with the nominative meaning. Symboleme as a linguistic unit that actually determines symbol assigns the word associations that form the symbolical complex. The set of biblionyms stuctures the connotative paradigm of units with reclamative and pejorative semantics, which caused the structural (lexical and phraseologized symbolemes) and symbolical paradigm of leading and conceptual marked biblicism with onym component. Biblical symbolemes simulate associative and image system whose components form the binary oppositions and the content clusters at the same time, increase the fullness meaning of biblical images and unified conception of parallelism of apocalyptic and demonic worlds; enable reading of the Bible as an existential code of being. The correlation between concepts and symbols depends largely on the metaphorical principles of the verbalization which is the feature of biblical conceptualization. Area - learning process.
