Serazhym J. Transformation of mechanism of self-regulation of international market of equities under modern conditions

In dissertation is considered the concept of self-regulation organization, the different types of self-regulation are analysed at the international market of equities in the context of negative and positive aspects of functioning, conceptions of influence of investment operations are systematized on a market of securities condition, and also the features of self-government of private investors are certain at the international market of equities. The questions of selection of adjusting tool are in-process investigated on international and national markets of equities, modification of mechanism of co-operation of investment factors at the international market of equities, portfolio investing as financial basis of self-regulation. Within the framework of work the analysis of the system of optimal self-government is conducted by the international market of equities, motion of modernisation of model of self-regulation of participants of international market of equities, and also certain prospects of development of mechanism of self-regulation of market of equities in Ukraine.
