Objective: theoretical study and develop methods of cognitive activity of senior pupils during study of physics at standard by improving methods for studying theory, solving, laboratory work i physical workshop, research work. Object: educational process of high school physics students. Methods used: theoretical, empirical, statistical. The study of physics at standard and development of cognitive activity of students in the study shall be financed on the basis we have developed structural-functional model, the main components of which are 3 parts: methodological and targeted, procedural and semantic-Evaluation and effectively. The results confirm the effectiveness of experimental verification methodologies to study physics at the standard, which is based on structural-functional model of cognitive activity of students of high school.
