Essay

In the dissertation historical and pedagogical analysis has been done and the author's periods of formation and development of preschool educator training institutions in Germany have been suggested. Tendencies of educators' training development have been specified. Current trends include: continuous improvement of professionalization of teaching staff in preschool education and increase the prestige of their social status; academization through training educators on the basis of higher pedagogical education; expanding professional fields of activity; openness, accessibility, flexibility, mobility, differentiation, individualization, humanization, internationalization and implementation of competence approach to professional training.
