The scientific knowledge about the meaning and valuable potential of such notion as "physical culture and sports work" is extended and intensified in this research, the specific character of work of the teacher of Physical Education as an organizer of physical culture and sports work at comprehensive schools is revealed, it is theoretically explained and practically proven the integral process of formation of readiness to organize physical culture and sports work by future teachers of Physical Education based on organization-motivational, practical-functioning, self-constructive stages and the complex of pedagogical conditions; the structure of readiness to organize physical culture and sports work at comprehensive schools by future teachers of Physical Education is revealed and proved.
