Pozdyshev S. Psychological support of operational and tactical training of officers of Armed Forces of Ukraine for management activities.

The thesis deals with the research of the problems of psychological support of operational and tactical training of officers of Armed Forces of Ukraine for management activities. In the research the essence and meaning of psychological support of operational and tactical training for the management activities of officers have been specified. Besides, significant features of psychological support of management have been defined. The professiogram of an officer-manager of operational and tactical training for management activities has been analyzed in this study. A conceptual model of empirical research of psychological support of operational and tactical training of officers for management activities has been developed. According to the results of theoretical and empirical research, it has been elaborated a methodology for the appointed personnel on the organization of psychological support activities.
