Haponova O. The Development of Information and Communication Skills of Primary School Teacher in the System of Postgraduate Education.

The thesis is devoted to the issue of the development of informational and communicational competence with help of primary school teachers’ informational and communicational skills formation in the system of postgraduate education (research, analytical, communicative, evaluative, ethic, legal information, ecological). Organizational and pedagogical conditions, ensuring the development of such competence have been revealed (providing the effectiveness of informational environment for distant education; organisation of the teachers’ practical skills formation with the help of informational and communicational means during the elementary school students’ computer science teaching process; the usage of project-based learning technology during the creative final assignments fulfilment by the postgraduate courses trainees). The structural and functional model of development of primary school teachers’ informational and communicational competence has been worked out with the following blocks: conceptual and fit-for-purpose, organizational and contentual, procedural and technological, resultative and analytical. Criteria, indices and levels for each block have been elabourated.
