Hora I. Legal-psychological pecularities of hate crimes

Thesis provides theoretical generalization and results of empirical study concerning the scientific challenge in determination of the legal-psychological peculiarities of hate crimes motivated by racial, ethnical or religious intolerance. Main legal-psychological factors stimulating committal of offence motivated by racial, ethnical or religious intolerance in Ukraine are identified. Consolidated psychological profile of the person prone to committal of offence motivated by racial, ethnical or religious intolerance is offered. Typology of the extremist group members aimed at stalking persons on the ground of racial, ethnical or religious discrimination is formulated.
