The thesis deals with scientific highlighting of the problem of formation of resistance to a future high school teacher's professional burnout. The specificity of the correlational relationships of a teacher's personal qualities and the process of development of professional burnout. The contents of basic components of the structure of the psychophysical resistance are cleared out as well as features of its manifestations and levels of its formation in high schoolteachers are outlined. A set of pedagogical conditions of formation of resistance to a future high school teacher's professional burnout is scientifically grounded.
