Essay

Object of study: Experimental subchronical poisoning of hens with dichloride nickel. Subject of study: the improved method of nickel determining in biological objects by rethenofluorescense analysis, monitoring of feed for poultry and their components; Options toxicity, clinical, haematological and biochemical parameters, pathological changes of subchronical poisoning hens with nickel dichloride. Nickel content in feeds was monitored; toxicity of nickel in subchronical experiments by laying hens, its toxicodynamics and toxicokinetics, its influence on productivity of laying hens, and its content in eggs were determined. X-ray fluorescent method of determination of nickel in feeds and biological objects was improved: optimal weighed portions of test material samples are determined; temperature regimes for drying and ashing of samples are worked out; optimal matrix and element for internal standard preparation are selected; validation characteristics of method for quantitative determination of nickel are designed. The entering of nickel dichloride in 25.0 and 37.5 mg/kg of feed doses in laying hens in experiment dynamics is caused: erytropenia; oligochromemia; decrease of total protein, albumins, total globulins, glucose; defection of oxidant-antioxidant system balance
