The dissertation is devoted to the problem of formation of psychophysiological qualities of students by means of athletics in physical education. Are generalized modern approaches to the possibilities of formation and correction of psychophysiological qualities of students during physical education.Been developed and introduced in the process of physical education of students a comprehensive program use of Athletics, and proved its effectiveness in formation of their psychophysiological qualities, as evidenced by the positive dynamics of physical qualities, functional state of the cardiovascular, respiratory and autonomic nervous systems, improvement of emotional state and performance of students' attention.
