Essay

The object of study - the processes of improving the reliability of compressor installations mining machines in underground mining. Purpose - to develop methods and ways to improve the reliability and durability of compressor installations mining machines with the use of high-temperature vacuum brazing. The work used a complex method of research, which includes carrying out laboratory tests on the stands, analytical calculations, metallographic and X-ray analysis of solder joints and base metal with an optical microscope MBS-9, "Neofot-21" and a scanning electron microscope Remmy-200; mechanical tests on samples solder joints tensile testing machine ZD-10/90 and IM-4D test, the toughness of the КМ-30 microhardness on hardness PMT-3 hardness measurement on the instrument HPO-3000, tedious testing machine UKI -10M; test models and models that mimic the product; field testing of products in the field. Methods of improving the reliability of soldered heat exchangers impellers and shaft compressor machines in the application of high-temperature vacuum brazing. The regularities of changes in the longevity of parts and assemblies mine compressors when applying high-temperature vacuum brazing. The evaluation of the reliability of units and blocks of mine compressor machines in underground mining. Developed and implemented processes and technology to increase the reliability of parts and assemblies mine compressors. The developed methods and techniques implemented in the design of compressor units UKVSH mine and explosives; development of membrane nitrogen stations AMVP screw mobile stations in operation since 2004, the total operating time was 12536 hours; development of compressor installations gasutilization UKG, plants have been operating since 2008, total operating time was 57160 hours. The actual economic impact derived from the sale of compressor units exceeded 2 billion UAH.
