Essay

The object of study - work processes of energy-efficient compressor machines and methods for their use in the coal mining and coal mine methane. Purpose - to establish the laws and justify the regime parameters of mine compressor equipment and develop ways of its application in the extraction of coal and methane to improve the efficiency and safety of underground mining. We used a complex method of research, which includes methods of thermal and pneumodynamic, continuum mechanics, gas-saturated environments, mechanics of motion of liquid and gas, mathematical analysis and statistics, the problem is solved by the analysis and synthesis of scientific and technical sources to develop machines for the production of gaseous and liquid nitrogen, analytical calculations, carrying out industrial tests developed equipment and methods. For the first time the regularities of changes in the coefficient of under-utilization of compressed air at the local and central air supply shafts. The regularities of changes in cycle time, injection intervals and idling, depending on the load. The first time the pattern changes in the density of the diffuse flow by pumping nitrogen into coal seams mobile nitrogen membrane compressor stations and patterns of change in the concentration of methane and nitrogen gas in the denitrification in the membrane separate unit. Designed energyefficient compressor machines and applications of their use in the production of coal and methane. The batch production of underground compressor units series UKVSH. The paramilitary rescue squads introduced stations nitrogen membrane screw mobile AMVP-15 / 0.7 U1. In coal mines introduced compressor gasutilization UKG-5/8. The actual economic impact, resulting in 10 years of operation 9 stations AMVP-15 / 0.7 U1 amounted to about 2 billion UAH. The actual economic impact, resulting in 6 years of operation 3-units UKG 5/8, amounted to about 20 million UAH.
