Essay

The thesis deals with the problem of bachelor’s training for professional activity in nursing care based on competency building approach. Certain and grounded theoretical bases and features of preparation of future bachelor’s of sisterly business to professional activity. The method of the use of competency approach is considered for optimization of professional preparation of bachelors of sisterly business in the direction of forming of bases of professional competence from the first year. Certain and efficiency of realization of pedagogical conditions and use of structural-functional model of professional preparation of future bachelor’s of sisterly business is experimentally tested on the basis of competency approach.
