Essay

The thesis is devoted to the solution of an actual scientific and technical task of scientific justification of the directed selective destruction of mineral complexes, as a result of the temperature managed oxidizing reactions and change of magnetic properties of metallic minerals that will lead to increase of efficiency of magnetic enrichment of complex multicomponent titanic ores. The thermodynamic model of effective magnetization of mineral components of ore in which for imitation of a magnetic order in minerals average molecular fields which are approximated by function of Hamilton are used allows to prove possibility of change of magnetic properties of ilmenite and optimum structure of initial raw materials which is characterized as composition system with a range of the content of hematite from 15 % to 40-60 % is received. It is established that increase of efficiency of enrichment hematite-ilmenite ores for 16,57-17,42 % is possible for the account change of magnetic properties of minerals of hematite-ilmenite ores, is provided with recrystallization and homogenization of ore inclusions and transformation of mineral phases of ore to new mettalic and nonmetallic complexes. Idea of work of the selective division of new mineral kinds of ores of radical fields is implemented in a design of a magnetic and gravitational separator with forced cooling with an air or water flow.
