Essay

The basic idea of this work is to create scientifically based technological conditions of tab grooves processing in the disks made of steel ЭП517-Ш that will enable the formation of surface undulation at the level of engineering requirements, beneficial compressive residual stresses and hardened surface layer, it will ensure reliable operation of tool joint in the absence of any defects on the functional surfaces of different tab grooves providing maximization of process efficiency.
