Kysilova T. The becoming and development of the medical radiology in Left-bank Ukraine: 1896-1941.

The object of study - the emergence and development of medical radiology in Ukraine. The purpose of research - systematic study of the formation and development of medical radiology in Left-Bank Ukraine and reconstruction of this process in a historical and scientific context. Methods: synthesis, description, generalization, classification, historical, comparative, historical and chronological, scientometric. Theoretical and practical results: there are synthesized the most comprehensive and complete picture of the process of formation of human resources, facilities, information and technical industry of medical radiology, reflected the development history of the X-ray Ukrainian Academy in Kharkov, reconstructed biographies of leading experts, analyzed their contribution. Scientific novelty: for the first time there are carried out a comprehensive, synthetic historical and scientific study of the emergence, formation and development of medical radiology in Left-Bank Ukraine in 1896-1941 years. Degree of implementation: PhD research proceedings are introduced in the scientific and educational process of the department of biomedical physics and informatics of State Establishment "Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy". Scope: synthetic surveys on the development of medical radiology, encyclopedic reference books on the history of science, lectures and seminars on the history of science and the history of medicine in Ukraine.
