Essay

The thesis deals with the phenomenon of creative activity in the historic-cultural dimensions. Entire image-concept of creative activity of personality in traditional, universalistic-modern, postmodern, transcultural discourses are determined. It was determined that the meaning of the phenomenon of creative activity is historically valuable: from the accumulation of collective experience (primitive society, Antiquity, the Middle Ages) through individual perception and attitudes towards collective experience (Renaissance, the Enlightenment) to the freedom of creative activity (modernism, postmodernism). The concept of "creative activity" in the cultural plane is characterized as activities aimed at forming the capacity of man to self-actualization. The system of creation of Ukrainian Videogame Age Rating System (Ukrainian model of computer videogames rating) is proposed according to the international ratings of video games ESRB, Pan, CERO. Informational concept of creative activities is characterized (information as a tool of creative activities). The position about the features of the phenomenon of creativity as a cultural-anthropological constant in its difference from "creativity" of machines and "animals art" is improved. The further development of interpretation of creative activity as a factor of historical dynamics of social-cultural development is acquired
