The thesis is devoted to the complex research of the content of professional foreign language communication of the future economists at the universities in Great Britain. The scientific achievements of British scientists in the sphere of professional foreign language communication of the future economists are analysed. Social and educational prerequisites of becoming a problem of professional foreign language communication are defined. The author determined the main priority areas of professional foreign language communication in the universities of Great Britain during the late twentieth and early twenty-first century.
