Garbasey D. International legal grounds of the corruption fight.

The thesis is dedicated to the complex investigation of international contracts of the universal (UN), regional (OECD, EU, OAS, AU, COE) and sub-regional (SADC, ECOWAS, SEAPAC) levels in the sphere of the fight against corruption. It was focused on the importance of the legal acts that were accepted within international interstate organizations and include norms of advisory nature as for corruption struggle. It was characterized the composition of corruption crimes in particular -undue benefit obtaining, undue advantage providing, illegal enrichment, official position abuse, despoliation, illegal appropriation and other inappropriate usage of the property by state officers and property despoliation in the private sector, money laundering that has been received from the delinquency connected with corruption. It was suggested (with appropriate reasoning) the amendments to the conceptual apparatus of the international contracts and to the way of warding of corruption criminalization.
