Кhmizof R. Improvement of stages of complex treatment in ostomy patients

In dissertation work are generalized and presented new data that allow improving results of treatment in ostomy patients by decrease of amount of postoperational complications and improvement quality of their life. Offered new elements to improve treatment this patients can be use on every stage: pre-, intra-, and postoperational period. Was sat, that main reasons of unsatisfactory results was absence of some compulsory elements preoperational prepare, choosing wrong place for forming of stoma on the frontal abdomen wall (22,8%), violation of technical and method of intraoperational forming or stoma (38,1%) and absence correct care of it (33,7%). Offered tactic of complex treatment of ostomy patients on all stages led decrease amount of early postoperational complications from 56,25% to 22,5% (p<0,01), and in late postoperational period - from 46,25% - 18,75%(p<0,01) and greatly improve quality of their life by the data of inquirer "Stoma-QOL" - in early postoperational period, average on -13,2 points (p<0,01), in late postoperational period on - 12,4 points (p<0,01), and in time of professional and social rehabilitation - on 15,4 points (<0,01), and on the late data of inquirer SF - 36 in early postoperational period - on 8 points (<0,01), in late postoperational period on - 12 points, (p<0,01), and in time of social rehabilitation - on 11 points (< 0,01).
