Essay

The thesis deals with important scientific and technical problems of technological provision grinding mandrels of CRP machine automated design and control programs for CNC grinding machines by applying steady rest of special design and created CAM system. In theoretical terms of science technology engineering established that non-rigid parts grinding with complex surface on CNC machine is possible under conditions of simultaneous application devices (special steady rest) to ensure the necessary rigidity technological processing systems by changing the diameter of the length and grinding process control for developed procedures, based on the limiting algorithm and implemented in a special CAM system automated preparation of control programs for CNC machines. Elaborated CAM system automated preparation of control programs for CNC grinding machines, which has been tested through production experimental samples mandrels for automatically developed programs. Obtained during the experiments characteristics grinding mandrels fully confirm the planned parameters: surface roughness and precision meet the requirements (Ra <0,16mkm, profile deviation <0,03mm, deviation from roundness <0,02mm, beating the working surface relative to the base 0,015mm), productivity increased at least 2-fold, and performance of technological preparation operations (planning control programs) increased by an order. Created CAM system implemented in production and used at Nikopol Pipe Plant JSC "Centravis Production Ukraine".
