Essay

Foreign and Ukrainian historiography, international experiment of making theoretic-methodological principles of researching of supplied theme have been analyzed. The purpose, task and principles of conducting ethnological measure of activity relatively guaranteeing of development of ethno-national and state formation of organizational and legislative base, government apparatus and functional system of state regulation of polyethnic on the regional degree has been conducted. The whole constructionally and scientifically motivated decision for optimal combine of historic-ethnological measure and stating tendency of ethno-national development and their regional specific in content of their interaction processes have been determined. The influence of facts of compact living of national minorities in corresponding regions of Ukraine has been grounded on its foreign relationship.
