The object research is the technological process of manufacturing details of type of rotation bodies with working surfaces. The aim is to develop a complex method of forming surfaces details. Scientific novelty is getting a mathematical model of arc spraying composite coatings, developed a method of forming a complex composite coatings. It is implemented through alloying. Location treated surface coating with minimal roughness thus established. Practical value is the development of the process. The degree of implementation - implemented manufacturing process LLC: MNVC "Epsilon LTD"; "Naftohaztehnolohiya" Scope (industry) application is engineering.
