Essay

The thesis presents a theoretical generalizations along with practical recommendations for improving the training effectiveness of teachers of Arts in terms of the magistracy in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. It was also defined and justified the structure and essential aspects of the formation of social competence standards, outlined key areas of their development process while studying in higher pedagogical educational institutions. Basing on constructed model of knowledge gaining in the process of master students training in "Arts" there was presented a model of social competence, the system of methods, techniques and tools of forming the social competence of teachers of Arts.
