The object of study - the development of technology and Electrophysics high voltages. The purpose of the study is to determine the characteristics of the formation and development of scientific schools in the field of Electro-technology and high-voltage and lighting the most famous technical solutions when creating the electrical installations of high voltage. Research methods are based on scientific and special historical method: problem-chronological, historical, analytical and comparative-historical. Theoretical and practical results can be used in the creation of scientific works on the history and development of Kharkiv scientific schools in the field of electrical engineering and physics of high voltages. The main provisions of the thesis will be used for writing the monograph "Scientific school NTU "KhPI". History of development". Scientific novelty: for the first time found Kharkov scientific school of high-acceleration technology, a scientific school in the field of High-Voltage Engineering KhPI, scientific galuzishkolu in magnetic-pulse treatment of metals. Named the leading scientists in these fields and found highlight little-known facts and the creation of high-voltage devices, the basic theoretical and experimental research results were made possible thanks to the creation of high-voltage devices. Degree of implementation: Proceedings of the thesis, analyzed the data and conclusions used in the educational process of the Department of Engineering Electrophysics NTU "KрPI" in presenting the course "Introduction to the profession." Scope: the history of science and technology.
