Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study the risk factors and course of stroke in children, role of polymorphisms of genes MTHFR (С677T), MTHFR (A1298C), MTRR (A66G), FV (G1691A), FII (G20210A), ACE (I/D) and influence theirs polymorphisms in combinations with other risk factors in the development of pediatric strokes. We defined clinical features an acute period in different types of strokes in main group. It were prove that the family predisposition and problems in the perinatal period in development of children strokes. It has been revealed that the polymorphism of genes MTHFR (С677T), MTHFR (A1298C), MTRR (A66G), ACE (I/D) influence in the development of the ischemic stroke and MTHFR (C677T), MTHFR (A1298C), ACE (I/D) in the hemorrhagic. It was displayed associations with polymorphism 677ТТ of gene MTHFR and polymorphism D/D of gene ACE in the seizers in an acute period, polymorphism 1298AC of gene MTHFR in the development of paresis and polymorphism GG of gene MTRR and polymorphism D/D of gene ACE influence for the early debut of stroke. Polymorphism1298АA of gene MTHFR had a protective effect in those symptoms. Polymorphism 1298AC of gene MTHFR we had in group of children with motor abnormalities and polymorphism 677TT of gene MTHFR with mental retardation since one year. Children who had outcome symptoms since one year after stroke had a lower hemoglobin level in the acute period than children without neurological problems in future.
