In the dissertation presents an analysis of culture, morphological, biochemical properties, antagonistic and antibiotical activity for strains B.bifidum and E.faecium isolated from probiotic preparations. It was established the optimal culture media and conditions of cultivation for probiotic strains B.bifidum and E.faecium. Investigated the toxicological and hygienic properties of probiotic strains, proved their safety, nonpyrogenic and low toxic properties. Investigated the stability created reference designs probiotic strains B.bifidum and E.faecium at different stages and storage conditions. Studied probiotic properties of new composite models of bacterial strains B.bifidum E.faecium with kalanchoe, kaolin and enterosorbent. The recommendations on the creation and use of a patented technique selected strains B.bifidum and E.faecium as probiotic reference samples for determination of specific activity during the sanitary control of probiotic preparations.
