The structure of innovative and research activity of the teacher is cleared up in the thesis. The computer technologies and the possibility of their implementation in the training of the prospective teachers of mathematics are characterized. The readiness of the prospective teachers of mathematics to innovative and research activities is defined; the structural components of this activity, as well as the criteria and indicators for the diagnosis of such readiness are outlined. The main pedagogical conditions of prospective teachers of mathematics to innovative and research activities are outlined. The model of the training of prospective teachers of mathematics to innovative and research activities by means of computer technologies is developed as well as its structural elements are described and its efficiency is experimentally tested. The author's educational and methodical complex of the disciplines: "The use of computer technologies in innovative and research activities", "The computer graphics in constructive geometry" is built implemented in the educational process of higher educational institutions.
