The dissertation is devoted to solving the task of reducing the frequency of miscarriage (MC) by improving medical support women with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UDCTD) during pregnancy and preconception. Clinical and epidemiological study revealed a population prevalence UDCTD at 30.7 %, which is considered as characteristic of modern generations. Established that socio-demographic factors associated in women with UDCTD is accommodation in a high degree of anthropogenic stress burdened by MC, family history, perinatal own development and complex extra-genital pathological conditions and reproductive complications. Structure MC in women with UDCTD and pregnancy loss is characterized by the dominance of the loss in second trimester. For the first time provided an interpretation of the phenomenon shortened cervix in 2 trimester "asymptomatic" pregnancy as visceral marker of connective tissue abnormalities reasonably predictive value in the context of preclinical signs MC. In contrast, women without UDCTD, cervical shortening noted in 3 times less, and has meaning clinical symptom of premature birth. New data pathogenesis of MC concept from the standpoint of individual predisposition of women with abnormalities CT was established. The significance of primary disorders morpho-functional state of utero-placental complex in UDCTD, relative lack of UDCTD. Proved developed and processed as far as primary prevention MC, prognostic, therapeutic algorithm for management of women with pregnancy UDCTD and preconception, proven its clinical efficacy.
