Zub V. Legal and methodological support safety in libraries of Ukraine (XX - early 10-s of the XXI century.): history, current state and prospects of development

This thesis thoroughly analyzes the current state of the health and safety measures documents of library services. The historical experience of formation and development of legal regulations on employee safety is revealed, a division into periods of the process is proposed. The characteristic of each of the groups of documents that make up the structure of the resource (legislation, government regulations, local library documentation) is given. The author generalizes the experience of the international employee safety, the main documents on safety measures and precautions for the staff from some foreign libraries are considered. The ways of improvement of the legal framework for the workmen's protection in the national library branch are uncovered.
