The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of global institutional system of economic development formation. Modern trends and mechanisms of deinstitutionalization with specifying forms and character of activity of met corporations and states-systems have been investigated; the ways of formation of the new institutional approaches of global economic processes management on basis of netting and structural optimization have been revealed. Disclosed subjective disposition and direction of its transformation into modern paradigm of economic globalization, identified potential of state regulation of economic processes and characterized principle directions of regulatory optimization, taking into account interests of major market participants. Made investigation of current trends and mechanisms reinstitutionalization with detailed specifics of forms and nature activities of metacorporations and country systems. Shown directions of formation of new institutional approaches of management of global economic processes based on principles of networking and structural optimization. There are systematized key scenarios of global development with allocation of prospective concepts of institutional support. There are shown possible compositional schemes and options of reinstitutionalization of global system.
