Essay

The thesis is deals with developing of heterojunction photosensitive elements and multi-layer thin-film interference filters designed on the In4Se3, In4Te3 and CdSb semiconductors and operating in the infrared range. A method of liquid epitaxy deposition technique of In4Se3, In4Te3 and CdSb layers is developed. Correction of structural phase state of epitaxial layers was carried out by treatment with pulsed millisecond laser radiation. The structure and chemical composition of epitaxial layers were studied. Spectral characteristics and photosensitivity parameters of obtained CdSb-Cd1-xZnxSb, CdSb-In4Se3, CdSb-In4Тe3, In4Se3-Ge, In4Se3-In4(Se3)1-хТe3x heterojunctions were investigated.
