Essay

The thesis is devoted to complex research formation and development of electrophysiology in Ukraine in the late XIX – early XX century. The periodization of history of electrophysiology formation and development with the development of technical provision researches is presented first; the essential features of the formation of new directions and scientific schools are determined, conditions and key factors that promoted to the differentiation of electrophysiological science are developed in this work. The personified contribution, such scientists as V.Ya. Danylevskyi, B.F. Veriho, V.Yu. Chahovets, D.S. Vorontsov and others, in the development of electrophysiology in Ukraine, their influence on the content and structure of scientific searches and institutionation of electrophysiology in the late XIX – early XX century are considered.
