Essay

The dissertation research examines the characteristics of the impact of interference on the students' metamemory judgment. The thesis analyzes the main approaches to psychological and pedagogical literature on metamemory research and its processes; describes the main types of judgments disclosed metamemory and their role in memory processes; analyzes the main patterns of occurrence of the phenomenon of interference in the processes of memory, as well as analysis of the main scientific findings on the impact of interference on the metamemory processes. There is summarized the approaches and methodology bases for case of empirical investigation of metamemory judgments variables, which further permitted to explore the influence of interference on the students' metamemory judgment. In the course, it was declared a significant influence of proactive interference on students' metamemory judgment variables, in contrast to the effect of retroactive interference. According to the experimental results of the searching of ways to optimize metamemory judgment under the influence of proactive interference, we found that conditionality analytical processes for their implementation have a positive impact on their variables (ratings, accuracy and others.). On the basis of the generalized results of theoretical and empirical research it was proposed methodological guidelines of optimization by focusing on pedagogical support students in their learning process.
