Essay

The object is political management of modern Ukraine in the conditions of democratization. The aim is to establish the features of functioning and structure of the system of recruitment to the political management of modern Ukraine. The methods are activity approach, paradigmatic approach, flashbacks, systems analysis, structural-functional. The thesis is devoted to research of special features of functioning and structure of system of recruitment in political management of modern Ukraine. Indicated, that current trends of development of civil society in Ukraine defined by the processes of changing vectors of political staff mobility according to the standards of democracy and European integration. Were defined the essence of political recruitment selective mechanism in modern Ukraine, which is revealed within the interpolation imperative influence the political situation and impulse technocratic political management in terms of democratization. The algorithm of optimization of political recruitment in today's Ukraine was built; which is carried out through democratization selective mechanisms, harmonization of regulatory requirements for the recruitment process, demarcation of political and functions of recruitment, ensuring wide public control over public recruitment process. Application spheres are legislation, training courses.
