Essay

The dissertation explains production technology of contact systems of monocrystal silicon solar elements on porous silicon. The technology of formation of multicomponent electronic instrument compositions РсСu/ПК/n-Si and РсAl/ПК/n-Si is explicated. In result on a surface of porous silicon was possible to receive coatings of the sewed structure which represent the bound, chaotically located fibres (diameter 150 - 300 nanometers and length 1 microns). Also solar elements with structures Сu/РсСu/por-Si/n-Si/p-Si/p +-Si/ITO and Al/РсAl/por-Si/n-Si/p-Si/p+-Si/ITO with efficiency of 16,01 % and 15,8 %, the factors of filling 0,79 and 0,74, shadowing a contact network which does not exceed 1 % have been developed. Scientific data about value of resistance spreading (Rр) and metallization (Rм) for structures Сu/РсСu/por-Si/n-Si/p-Si/p +-Si/ITO and Al/РсAl/por-Si/n-Si/p-Si/p+-Si/ITO are added, that are characterised by decrease of resistance spreading in 4 and 2,6 times accordingly and increase of resistance of metallization in 3700 times, for Сu/n-Si/p-Si/p +-Si/ITO and Al/n-Si/p-Si/p+-Si/ITO.
