They are socio-psychological features of the professional group ( the type of the organizational culture, the availability and peculiarities of leaders, the professional contacts formed by the community, norms, values and traditions); the cognitive processes; the emotional peculiarities of the individuals in the interaction ( the direction on the result, the availability of the life goals, persistence, the desire to thank, initiativeness, and vigorousness); interpersonal-behavioral individual qualities.
