Filatova O. Toxicological characteristics of Сonfidor 200 SL (imidacloprid) and method of its determination in the objects of animal origin

Object of research: experimental acute poisoning rats and chicken-broilers by Confidor 200 SL. Subject of research: method of determination residual amounts of imidacloprid by TLC, the parameters of toxicity, clinical, haematological, biochemical, pathological indicators in conditions of poisoning. It developed a methods of identification imidacloprid in feed and animal facilities by thin layer chromatography. The detection limit of the method is 0.05 mg/kg. In the experiment on white rats it was found аcute toxicity Confidor 200 SL for white rats: LD50 - 766.4 mg/kg, the error LD50 - 59.3 mg/kg; LD16 - 578.8 mg/kg; LD84 - 954.1 mg/kg body weight, which can be attributed to an insecticide, according to the sanitary classification of pesticides by L. I. Medved group moderately toxic substances. Introduction Сonfidor 200 SL broiler chickens at doses of 50.0 and 100.0 mg/kg of body weight accompanied by the development of hepatorenal syndrome. It turns hyperenzymemia AST, ALT and GGTР, impaired renal glomeruli with the intensification of catabolic processes. Indicators of veterinary and sanitary conditions of meat reveal a violation of biochemical processes in the tissues of birds.
