Kurylyak Y. Cluster form of production organization in the global economy

The object of the dissertation is clustering processes in the global and European economy. The aim is theoretical generalization of the formative process of clustering in the global economy and justification on this basis of the concept of adapting them to domestic practice in the conditions of Ukrainian economy reforming. The methods are: dialectical, historic-logical, systematic-structural analysis and synthesis, comparison, statistical, cartographic methods. The results: the concept of clusters network formation developed by taking into account the geopolitical and geo-economic positions of Ukraine. The novelty – for the first time it is proposed the concept of the adaptation of cluster forms production organization in developed countries to the latest challenges in the development of Ukrainian economy; improved economic content of the local cluster formations, classification of the cluster forms in the global economy, the process of isolating points of growth in national economic space through the establishment of strong clusters; were further developed based on benchmarking methods the tendencies toward creation of cluster products forms, refining teaching methods of cluster policy at the micro and macro levels, the directions of increasing the role of clusters in Ukraine’s transition to the knowledge economy. The results are implemented into practical activity of State Service of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development, Association of Small, Medium and Privatized Enterprises of Ukraine, Ternopil Regional State Administration, Ternopil City Council, PC “Azovmash”, PC “Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol” and to Ternopil National Economic University educational process. The field: activities of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, State Service of Ukraine for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Development, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship.
