Essay

In the thesis was presented the analysis of academic mobility development in Ukraine and Europe and student mobility tools. It was defined that the concept of European mobility of the future experts in economics profile integrates psychological, academic and information preparedness of students to move between universities of Ukraine and Europe in order to get comprehensive education; was presented the structure of European mobility. The study substantiated the connection of European mobility components with the key competencies needed by professionals, namely professional competences, competences for lifelong learning, the so-called 21st century competencies. The necessity of reforming national education in the direction of promoting student European mobility was proved. On the basis of existing laws, decrees and legislation were defined the main directions of student academic mobility development. Was presented the description of existing academic mobility programs, which are the main instrument to promote European mobility and can be classified into pan-European programs (Erasmus+, Tempus), programs of EU governments (DAAD, Campus France) and Ukrainian programs (World Wide Studies). We investigated the main obstacles to the free movement of students. On the basis of foreign and domestic experience in the organization of mobility in higher education we proposed pedagogical conditions, the implementation of which in the pedagogical process leads to increased formation of European mobility. These include creating positive motivation of future economists, establishing a system to inform students about existing mobility programs, achieving sufficient levels of foreign language proficiency, internationalizing content of training future specialists in economics and financing mobility programs. The pedagogic conditions were subdivided into general (are reached by the cooperation of universities and the government) and special (are reached by the cooperation of teachers, students and universities). Application of the abovementioned pedagogic conditions in the educational process helps to promote and facilitate academic mobility. The technology of forming European mobility on the basis of the mentioned pedagogical conditions was presented. The technology contained three blocks: objective, content-technological and resultative. The experimental check of the effectiveness of suggested guidelines for the formation of preparedness to participate in European mobility programs and a seminar "Mobility in the European Higher Education Area" was conducted. There were justified the criteria and indicators of European mobility formation. There were identified the methods of measuring preparedness to study abroad, level of motivation and informational awareness, levels of language knowledge on the basis of which was conducted comparative analysis of the level of European mobility formation in the control and experimental group. The study confirmed the effectiveness of the technology on the basis of the pedagogical conditions and found that its application leads to the increase of the European mobility level.
